John Kerry Job Application

JOB APPLICATION NAME: John Kerry RESIDENCE: 7 mansions, including one in Washington DC, worth multi-millions. I served in Vietnam (four months). EXPERIENCE: Law Enforcement. In my career as a U.S. Senator, I've voted to cut every law enforcement, CIA, and Defense bill. I ordered the city of Boston to remove a fire hydrant in front of my mansion, thereby endangering my neighbors in the event of fire. I served in Vietnam (four months). MILITARY: I served in Vietnam (four months). I used three minor injuries to get an early discharge from the military and service in Vietnam (as documented by the attending doctor). I served in Vietnam (four months). I then returned to the U.S., joined Jane Fonda in protesting the war, and insulted returning Vietnam vets, claiming they committed atrocities and were baby killers. I served in Vietnam (four months). I threw my medals, ribbons, or something away in protest. Or did I? My book "Vietnam Veterans Against the War: The New Soldier", shows how I truly feel about the military. I served in Vietnam (four months). COLLEGE: I graduated from Yale University with a low C average. Unlike my counterpart George Bush, I have no higher education and did not get admitted to Harvard nor graduate with an M.B.A PAST WORK EXPERIENCE: After College and Vietnam, I ran for the U.S. Congress and have been there ever since. I have no real world experience except marrying very rich women and running their companies vicariously through them. I served in Vietnam (four months). ACCOMPLISHMENTS: As a U.S. Senator I set the record for the most liberal voting record, exceeding even Ted Kennedy and Hillary Clinton. I have consistently failed to support our military and CIA by voting against their budgets, thus gutting our country's ability to defend itself. Although I voted for the Iraq War, now I am against it and refuse to admit that I voted for it. I voted for every liberal piece of legislation. I have no plan to help this country but I intend to raise taxes significantly if I am elected. I served in Vietnam (four months). My wealth so far exceeds that of my counterpart, George Bush, that he will never catch up. I make little or no charitable contributions and have never agreed to pay any voluntary excess taxes in Massachusetts, despite family wealth in excess of $ 700 million. I served in Vietnam (four months). I (we) own 28 manufacturing plants (Heinz) outside of the U.S. in places like Asia, Mexico and Europe. We can make more profit from the cheaper cost of labor in those Countries, although I blame George Bush for sending all of the other jobs out of Country. I served in Vietnam (four months). Although I claim to be in favor of alternative energy sources, Ted Kennedy and I oppose windmills off Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard as it might spoil our view of the ocean as we cruise on our yachts. I served in Vietnam (four months). RECORDS AND REFERENCES: None. However, I served in Vietnam (four months). PERSONAL: I practice my Catholic faith whenever cameras are present. I ride a Serotta Bike. I love to ski/snowboard. I call my Gulfstream V Jet the "Flying Squirrel". I call my $850,000 42-foot Hinckley twin diesel yacht the "Scarmouche". I am fascinated by rap and hip-hop and feel it reflects our real culture. I own several "Large" SUVs including one parked at my Nantucket summer mansion, though I am against large, polluting, inefficient vehicles and blame George Bush for our energy problems. I served in Vietnam (four months). PLEASE CONSIDER MY EXPERIENCE WHEN VOTING IN 2004.

Poem to a friend: Snipers Regret

Snipers Regret

I wonder in the night time

I wonder who will hear

I wonder if they know........ How close, I am near

Do they have a family?

Do I give a fuck?

They will only live............. If they fucking duck!!!!

The first one did not duck, The other looks my way. I crank another round home And send him on his way.

It's baggage and I know it. Man, it really sucks. If only I'd not been thereand......... If he'd only DUCKED! Semper Fi

Patrick Johannesen USMC My 'ole buddy Herb

God what a view...breath taking

Well I've been browsing the web as we all do and did a search for and old username I used to use and found an old webpage I helped a buddy build qute a few years ago. I am shocked that it's still in tact and Yahoo hasn't removed it from their server. I am sme what glad they haven't because I haven't seen these pictures in years. If you've ever lost a friend, I mean a really good friend and then one day something happened and there's no way to recover that friendship it's rather heartbreaking. Yeah the sun still comes up in the morning and sets in the evening. But there's an emptiness in your soul and that void can never be replaced. We were good friends. Yeah we had our moments where shit wasn't right but nothing that couldn't get worked out. Then, then....I don't know what happened. Change I guess. Call it divorce, mid life crisis, I don't know out of frustration I suppose I decided to distance myself from my best friend and I suppose he decided to do the same. We worked together, I dangerous job where you need to know the other guy has your back and you can trust that guy. I had that trust in him. We served together, USMC 88-92 he was a great leader and I'm sure he still is. He had the potential here but wasted it it on hate. While there is so much to hate with the people I work with I never did sweat the shit that got to him. I guess this is my way of saying I'm sorry. Whatever it was or whatever I did. Honestly I was glad to see him go but at the same time resented him for leaving me behind. You knw the old addage "Never leave a man behind". We were better than this and we let petty shit come between us. Personally I'm ashamed of it and honestly you should be too! It's too late for all that because you're gone and doing your own thing now, have a new wife and baby. And things with the new job sound really great. I hope the best for you. Good luck and stay safe brother, you'll always be my friend

Back in Business: Gun Industry Plans for the Expiration of the Federal Assault Weapons Ban

The Consumer Federation of America (CFA) sought answers to questions surrounding the expiration of the assault weapons ban from an unconventional source: the gun industry itself. CFA found that, while many things won't change as a result of the assault weapons ban expiring, there will be some potentially significant ramifications. http://www.consumerfed.org/BACK_IN_BUSINESS.pdf Publication date: September 2004 Source: Consumer Federation of America Foundation 1424 16th Street, NW, Suite 604 Washington, DC 20036 Phone 202-387-6121 Fax 202-265-7989 -------------------------------------------------------------------- (Mail ID: 305266)

St. George Marathon 10/2/2004

Well, I did it! Hooray! I have completed all the Marathon scheduled in Utah for 2004. I'm feeling preety good about the whole thing. The race was fantastic. This is my first year marathoning and what a great experience it's been. The St. George was a wonderful race with a lot of great prople spectating and rooting for their runner. The race itself was fast, mostly downhill with a kickass uphill 7% grade at mile 8 but I kicked it's ass. I would have like to get a sub 4 hour run but with all the knee problems I have been experienceing I feel my time of 4:07:23 will do for now, being it's my first year. I have learned a lot and hopefull can translate all that I've learned int becoming a better runner for the future. Thanks to all the folks who were there rooting and cheering it really makes a difference. I will post a picture a soon as I get them off my camera. Close to 5000 runners showed up to participate and what an event for me. This was my first St. George Marathon and hopefully it won't be the last.
